A working meeting with the imams from the region of Sliven was held on October 14, 2020 (Wednesday), from 10:30 o’clock. The topics on the agenda were related to reporting the performed activities and the achieved results in the summer Qur’an courses in 2020, preparation and holding a general meetings in the rellevant settlemetns for election of delegates for the National Muslim Conference on November 28, 2020, preparation for the campaign “Orpnas’ Week”, as well as the activities in teh year-round Qur’an courses. The meeting began with recitation of the Qur’an by the imam of the village of Ticha – Mr. Nazif Mehmedaliev, and ended with a dua (supplication) made by the Regional Mufti Mr. Akif Akifov.
