Regional Mufti’s Office – Veliko Tarnovo hosted a one-day workshop, organized by Grand Mufti’s Office of the Muslims in the Republic of Bulgaria, and held on June 22 (Monday) this year in the mosque of the Old capital town. Grand Mufti’s Office was represented by the official guest Birali Myumyun – Deputy Grand Mufti, and the meeting was also attended by the deputy mufti in Pleven Nedzhati Hodzha.
The program of the workshop was opened with recitation of Qu’ran-i Kerim by the guest-imam from the Republic of Turkey in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa Muharrem Öncü. “During the working meeting were discussed issues related to the significance and the importance of the summer Qur’an courses, the techniques and methodologies for their better and fruitful carrying out. All imams shared their opinion and ideas for the more successful implementation of the summer Qur’an courses, as well as for the different approaches which could motivate the participation of the children in the Qur’an courses.” the management of Regional Mufti’s Office – Veliko Tarnovo – commented for Grandmufti.bg after the end of the meeting.
