Deputy Grand Mufti Ahmed Hasanov had an official visit to the city of Shumen

As the person in charge of “Education” the Deputy Grand Mufti Ahmed Hasanov had an official visit to the city of Shumen on January 23 (Thursday), 2020.

During his visit to the city he visited the one-year training course for imams “Mustafa Chatlak”, where the school year 2020 was officially opened on January 13. Hasanov had the opportunity personally to get acquainted with all 28 in total candidate-imams, trained in the course, he greeted them and wished them successful training during the present year. According to the information of Regional Mufti’s Office – Shumen this year’s participants in the course “Mustafa Chatlak” are mostly from settlements in Northern Bulgaria, and guest-lecturer in Metin Yeşildağ from the city of Manisa in the Republic of Turkey, who before also taught in the course in Shumen.

After his visit to the training course Ahmed Hasanov, accompanied by the Regional Mufti of Shumen Mesut Mehmedov and representatives of the local mufti’s office, visited Religious School “Nyuvvab” in the city and held a meeting with the management of the educational institution.
