Students from a school in Dobrich visited “Hadzhi Osman” mosque in the town of Dobrich

A group of students from 6^th grade of Primary School “Hristo Smirnenski” in the town of Dobrich visited the mosque in Dobrich “Hadzhi Osman” on December 17 (Tuesday), 2019. The group was led by the teacher in History Rosen Ralev.

During their visit to the Muslim temple the children were welcomed by the Chairman of the Muslim Board of Trustees – Dobrich Serezhant Hasan and by the imam of the mosque Demir Sali. The guests were informed about the history of the construction of the temple, the stages which it passed till nowadays and the role which it has nowadays.

The imam Demir Sali make a tour with the children and showed them the basic part of the mosque and the minaret, telling about its function and history over the years.

The students did not hide their satisfaction with the visit to the mosque. The Chairman of the Muslim Board of Trustees treated the children with sweets, and the leader of the group was given Qur’an with Bulgarian translation.
