Small and adolescent Muslims from the region of Montana in a competition in Basic Knowledge in Islam

Regional Mufti’s Office – Montana held a Regional Competition in Basic Knowledge in Islam which took place on August 27, 2019 in the village of Galiche.

In the regional competition participated children from the summer Qur’an courses which were held in the region over the past two months.

The Regional Mufti of Montana Nedzhati Ali opened the program of the competition on Tuesday and welcomed all participants. The students were informed about the regulation of the competition for religious knowledge. It included three rounds in total. In the first round the children took a test, marking the correct answers in the fields of Aqidah, Fiqh, Akhlaq, Sirah. The second round was related to replying to oral open questions. The third last round was focused on the practical religious knowledge of the children.

After the tight race among all participants the jury of the competition selected three winners. They received certificates and аwards, as well as the right to реpresent Regional Mufti’s Office – Montana at the National Competition in Basic Knowledge in Islam, which takes place at the end of the summer season every year.
