Mufti’s office in Ruse held June working meeting with imams and members of boards of trustees
Regional Mufti’s Office – Ruse held a regular monthly meeting with the local imams and with the chairmen of the Muslim Boards of Trustees in the region on June 17 (Thursday) 2019.
The host of the working meeting and Regional Mufti of Ruse Yudzhel Hyusnyu welcomed the participants and then the meeting was officially opened with a recitation of a part of the Holy Qur’an by the guest-imam from the Republic of Turkey Turudu Yildirim.
The imams and the chairmen were informed about the agenda of the meeting. It included priority discussion of carrying out the summer Qur’an courses in the region of Ruse. The regional coordinator for the summer Qur’an courses in Ruse Region Nedzhmetin Nedzhmiev was presented. He explained his colleagues the way in which they will be carried out this year.
Report of the results of the national campaign of Grand Mufti’s Office to support the Islamic education which traditionally takes place every year during the month of Ramadan was made. The Regional Mufti of Ruse Yudzhel Hyusnyu expressed his gratitude to all imams and Muslim Boards of Trustees in the region for their active participation in the campaign. It became known that this year Regional Mufti’s Office - Ruse has supported the national initiative with the total amount of 13 656.60 BGN.
Another topic among the discussed during the meeting was the recruitment of candidates for the Religious School “Mirza Said Pasha” in the city of Ruse. In this regard a consultation wad made if there are students who graduated their primary education and would continue their education in the religious school in Ruse.
The working meeting was held with the active participation of the imams and Muslim Boards of Trustees members who shared opinions, ideas and advices on the discussed issues.
After completing the agenda it was closed with a supplication for health and prosperity.
