The mufti’s office in the capital held a one-day workshop on the occasion of the beginning of the month of Ramadan

Regional Mufti’s Office – Sofia organized and held a one-day workshop on the eve of the most graceful month of the year – the month of Ramadan, on May 5, this year. Nearly 30 women from the capital and from the town of Ihtiman took an active part in the event.

Speakers of the workshop were the vaiz (preacher) at the mufti’s office in Sofia Fatme Hatip, who presented the topic “Preserve the fasting and it will preserve you”, and Fatima Tsineva with a lecture on the topic “Every night to be Qadr for us”.

There also took place a charity bazaar with homemade foods and the raised amount of 200.00 BGN will be spent for the needs of “Islamic Education” fund.
