Refutation on behalf of the Grand Mufti’s Office regarding released false information by the media

Grand Mufti’s Office of the Muslim Denomination in the Republic of Bulgaria refutes the information released by national and copied in regional media that the person Remzi Hasan is performing the duty of imam in the town of Harmanli. The person Remzi Hasan is not in employment relationships with the Muslim Denomination and does not perform the duty of a clergyman – imam. According to the register of the Denomination the duty of a clergyman – imam is performed by Ali Sheit. Grand Mufti’s Office appeals to the representatives of the mass media to check the correctness and the accuracy of the information in order to prevent the transmission of false information.
