Delegation from the British Embassy visited Regional Mufti’s Office - Kardzhali

A delegation from the Political Section of the British Embassy visited the Mufti’s Office in Kardhzali on December 12, 2018.

The visit was part of the two-day program of the diplomats in the regional town, where they met with representatives of different political formations.

The delegation was led by Tom Hines, who is a Head of the Political Section at the British Embassy. The Regional Mufti of Kardzhali Beyhan Mehmed together with his deputies and two more officials from his team welcomed the official guests.

The host informed the delegates about the work and the structure of Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali. The guests showed interest also in the events related to the funding of the religious institutions in Bulgaria, which was also discussed during the meeting.
