Former alum of RS – Momchilgrad graduated top student of class2018 of the Medical College – Plovdiv

Some days ago the Medical College at the Medical University in Plovdiv sent another, 115^th class of graduates.

At the ceremony for awarding diplomas of all 166 alumni was awarded Meriem Mehmedali Yusein. The alum from specialty “Medical Laboratory Technician” is the valedictorian of the entire class. Besides the excellence during her 3-year study, she also passed her state examinations summa cum laude.

Meriem Yusein is a former graduate of Religious School – Momchilgrad. She is 22 years old and is from the village of Pashintshi, Kardzhali region. She completed her primary education in the village of Tokacha and then she continued her studies in RS – Momchilgrad. After completing her secondary education three year ago she was admitted to study the specialty “Medical Laboratory Technician” in the Medical College – Plovdiv, which is part of the structure of the Medical University in the city.

Today, after another success that she achieved in her life, the young alum remembers with gratitude about her teachers from Religious School – Momchilgrad.

“I am grateful tomy teachers for the good preparation they gave me in order to achieve this success during my higher education” – shared for Grandmufti.bg Meriem. The girl confesses that at the beginning of her higher education she had certain difficulties. – “But later on I released that everything can be achieved with desire and strong will. Every difficulty must motivate you to continue ahead and in no case to give up when meeting it, thinking “I can’t!”

Meriem Yusein tells that her study during her secondary education in Momchilgrad was also easy for her, and the achieved excellent GPA when completing the college was related with perseverance and serious learning. Today she thanks also her teachers from the college who prepared her for the professional life.

“Currently I am working in a laboratory and I hope that the Bulgarian healthcare will get better day to day” – said the alum. Her dream is to work in the field of her specialty and to practice in her homeland, the region of Kardzhali.

Meriem was among all 166 alumni who the last Friday, November 30, received their diplomas at an official ceremony in the auditorium of the Medical College in Plovdiv.

We wish Meriem Yusein many other successes in personal and professional plan - to be useful to herself, to the community and to Islam in the field in which she plans to develop. And we wish ourselves that the Muslim community in Bulgaria to have more and more such young and ambitions people working for its prosperity!
