Children from the Qur’an courses of Babyak and Kuzyovo visited the Grand Mufti’s Office

On the 7-th of August this year (Wednesday) children from the Qur’an courses of the villages of Babyak and Kuzyovo (Belitsa Municipality) visited the Grand Mufti's Office within their excursion to the capital. After visiting and seeing the Central Sofia Mosque "Banya Bashi", the group was received in the central building of the Muslim denomination in the capital.

"The excursionists were taken round the building of the Muslim denomination and had the opportunity to get introduced to the work of each of the departments of the Grand Mufti's Office. The guests were received by the grand mufti of the Republic of Bulgaria Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi and they he had a personal meeting with him in his office. The Secretary General Dzhelal Faik and the Head of the Education Department Hussein Karamolla introduced the children to interesting facts about the history of the Muslim denomination in Bulgaria and how the institution works nowadays. At the end of the visit the children’s group, accompanied by their teacher Azis Baskov’s wife  and several parents, was seen off by the kind hosts from the Grand Mufti's Office with a treat and modest gifts on behalf of The Muslim denomination.
