Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited Regional Mufti’s Office – Ruse

On March 29, 2018 (Thursday) the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Sofia Dr. Nargiz Gurbanova visited Regional Mufti’s Office – Ruse. The meeting was also attended by Vusala Sadagova – Second Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in our country.

“It is an honor for me to be a host of your visit to Regional Mufti’s Office – Ruse, in this our so beautiful Danube riparian city”, said the Regional Mufti Yudzhel Hyusnyu.

He briefly presented to the guests the activities of the Regional Mufti’s Office – Ruse. They, in turn, introduced the hosts to the culture, the way oflife and the traditions of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

After the end of the meeting the Regional Mufti Hyusnyu and Ambassador Gurbanova visited the mosque “Mirza Seid Pasha” where the representative of the diplomatic mission was informed about the history and the past of the temple. Ambassador Gurbanova shared that she is extremely impressed by the history of the city and expressed her satisfaction with the visit to Ruse.

Before leaving the both sides promised such working meetings to continue also in the future.
