Workshop on rhetoric and effective communication for imams

On March 28 “Irshad” Department at Grand Mufti’s Office started a workshop on rhetoric and effective communication in Momchilgrad, where participate about 20 imams and vaizes (preachers) from Bulgaria.

Speaker of the workshop is the guest lecturer from Turkey Ahmet Şahin, who works as a teacher at the Turkish “Diyanet” in the city of Konya.

At the opening the Deputy Grand Mufti Ahmed Hasanov emphasized on the importance of such kind of workshops and added: “This program which takes place during the three sacred months, is the first workshop of this kind. And we hope that it will be a good preparation for the month of Ramadan.”

Among the participants in the opening were the host Beyhan Mehmed – Regional Mufti of Kardzhali, the Deputy Grand Mufti Ahmed Hasanov, Halil Hodzhov – Head of “Irshad” Department at Grand Mufti’s Office and the Director of RS Momchilgrad Ahmed Bozov.
