Young people from France visited Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali 

    A group of tourists from France who are visiting Bulgaria, remained impressed by the natural beauty of the “Rhodope pearl” Kardzhali and decided to stay several days in the town.

During their stay they decided to visit the central mosque of the regional town and the Regional Mufti’s Office in Kardzhali.

The visit in RMO – Kardzhali took place on March 23, before the Friday prayer at the premises of the mufti’s office. The French youths were welcomed there by the Regional Mufti Beyhan Mehmed. He thanked the guests for the visit and introduced them to the specifics of the Islamic religion by delivering them a brief lecture on “Human, Qur’an and Universe”. The meeting was held with the assistance of an interpreter – the representative of RMO – Kardzhali from Krumovgrad Bekir Tabakla.

At the end of the meeting the guests from France received as a gift on behalf of the hosts from RMO – Kardzhali English, German, Russian and Chinese translations of the Qur’an and also edition of “Newsletter of Grand Mufti’s Office”.
