The newly appointed Ambassador of Egypt in Bulgaria visited Grand Mufti’s Office 

The newly appointed Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Bulgaria Moayad Fathallah El Dalie visited Grand Mufti’s Office on February 26, 2018 (Monday).

During the meeting with the host – the Grand Mufti of Bulgaria Dr. Mustafa Hadzi were discussed the relations of the Muslim Denomination with the Embassy of Egypt in the republic of Bulgaria and respectively with the religious organizations in Egypt. This also included the relations of the Muslim Denomination with the University “Al-Azhar” in Cairo, with the Mufti’s Office of the Arab Republic of Egypt and wit the Egyptian Ministry of Awqaf.

Every year during the month of Ramadan from Egypt arrive in Bulgaria Qur’an reciters, who lead the Ramadan tarawih prayers and read Qur’an in the mosques during the Holy month. It is expected this tradition to continue in the future, was understood from the conversation between them.

During the meeting the Grand Mufti assured his guest that the Muslim Denomination standс up forthe good relations with the embassies of all Muslim countries and in particular with the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Bulgaria.
