Muslim girls spent their winter holiday in attending a religious workshop in Momchilgrad

During the past December Grand Mufti’s Office of the Muslims in the Republic of Bulgaria organized a number of religious workshops for students from elementary and primary stage of education. They took place during the already past winter school holiday. Workshops were held in Ustina, Delchevo, Bilka, Rudozem and Momchilgrad. All of them were held in a same format and following a program prepared by the Muslim Denomination.

The workshop for girls took place between December 24 and December 28, 2017 in te training base of Religious School – Momchilgrad. The participants in it were 17. All of them were from 4^th to 8^th grade from the settlements in the scope of regional mufti’s offices of Pazardzhik, Smolyan and Blaoevgrad.

As in all other workshops held in December, in this in Momchilgrad the girls had classes in Fiqh, Aqidah, Sirah and Qur’an, as well as lessons in Computer technologies. Lecturers of the workshop for girls were the teachers Emine Dzhihan, Ayshe Hasan and Emine Gazieva.

During the 4-day event were made visits from the Regional Mufti of Kardzhali Beyhan Mehmed, as well as by the expert at “Irshad” Department at Grand mufti’s Office Resim Shamatarev. The Mufti of Kardzhali greeted the girls on behalf of himself and on behalf of the Grand Mufti Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi. The guests made the small Muslim girls happy by giving them gifts from Regional Mufti’s Office - Kardzhali and from Grand Mufti’s Office.
