Grand Mufti’s Office held a workshop for students in the village of Delchevo

“Irshad” Department at Grand Mufti’s Office used the winter holiday of some of the Muslims children in the country with several-day religious workshops which it held in the end of December.

 One of the educational Islamic workshops took place between December 24 – December 28 in the training base of the mosque in the village of Delchevo. It was for boys, students from first to eight grade.

It was attended by 17 boys in total from the region of Razgrad. The children who decided to dedicate their holiday to learning the Islamic religion, got knowledge in Aqidah, Fiqh, Sirah, Ethics and Qur’an. As lecturers in the workshop were invited the imams of the town of Razgrad Shakir Ahmedchikov and the imam of the village of Delchevo Sezay Ismail. During the spare time the boys were playing football and other sports activities at the sport facilities at the base. The course was visited by the expert at “Irshad” Department Resim Shamatarev and by the Regional Mufti Mehmed Alya.

Before leaving the children shared that they managed to build friendships with each other and expressed their willingness to spend their holidays in the future in enrichment of their knowledge for Islam and its practicing. They all received gifts from Grand Mufti’s Office.
