15 students from the region of Aytos joined the workshop of Grand Mufti’s Office in the village of Bilka

15 boys joined the religious workshop which Grand Mufti’s Office carries out within the period December 24 – 28, 2017 in the training base of the Denomination in the village of Bilka, Municipality of Ruen. The participants are from the settlements in the scope of Regional Mufti’s Office – Aytos and are students from 4^th to 7^th grade.

Lecturers of the workshop were Hyusein Salim – in charge of “Irshad” Department in the mufti’s office in Aytos, who is also a coordinator of the workshop, Sunay Ramadan – vaiz (preacher) at Regional Mufti’s Office - Aytos and the teacher Ibrahim Ali from the village of Rozhden. The program aimed to acknowledge the children with the basic aspects of the Islamic religion – knowledge in the different fields of the theory. Besides that the students had computer classes where they could further develop their computer literacy.

“We organize and carry out also sports and leisure activities for the children during the workshop” – shared for Grandmufti.bg the coordinator Hyusein Salim. He also said that till that moment they were visited by the Deputy Grand Mufti of Bulgaria Ahmed Hasanov, accompanied by the Regional Mufti of Aytos Selyatin Muharem. “The Deputy Grand Mufti Hasanov welcomed all participants in the workshop and greeted them for their decision to spent part of their winter school holiday on the path of the Islamic knowledge” – further said Hyusein Salim. Earlier on there was also a visit on behalf of the expert at “Irshad” Department at Grand Mufti’s Office – Resim Shamatarev.

The children received gifts – books from the guests.

“The workshop will end on December 28 (Thursday). But the children already share that they are very pleased and happy with the fact that they are a part of it” – shared the coordinator of the workshop in the village of Bilka Hysein Salim.

The workshop in the village of Bilka, Ruen region is one of the five workshops organized by Grand Mufti’s Office of the Muslims in the Republic of Bulgaria and are carried out at the same time in Rudozem, Momchilgrad and in the villages of Ustina, Bilka and Delchevo. They all are for sudents from the primary and elementary educational grade and will continue till December 28, 2017.
