Grand Mufti met with SCC Chairman
The Grand Mufti Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi was received by the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Cassation (SCC) Lozan Panov. The meeting was a part of the cycle of regular meetings of the religious leader with the representatives of the central state authorities.
They discussed current topics related to the activities of the Denomination and its readiness to respond if needed, in a possible aggravated situation like that with the refugees.
The Chairman of SCC informed the Grand Mufti about the main moments in the judicial reform and the need of some changes in the Constitution which are fundamental factor in the reform.
The Grand Mufti said that the judicial reform is a kind of litmus for maturity of the society and justice and transparency according to which it makes it decisions clearly indicate the level of democracy in one country.
The cycle of regular meeting of the Grand Mufti with senior statesmen will continue in order timely to make aware the state’s management about the activities of the Muslim Denomination.
