The Grand Mufti of Bulgaria Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi welcomed at Grand Mufti’s Office the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Bulgaria Assoc. Prof. Dr. Željko Jović on March 11 (Wednesday), 2020. During the meeting they discussed issues related to the neighboring relations, the co-existence and cooperation between the different communities in the region of the Balkans. Hadzhi and Jović confirmed their mutual desire for friendship and strengthening the cooperation in a spirit of good will between the Muslim Denomination in Bulgaria and the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in our country.

The meeting was held in a friendly spirit and atmosphere. This was the first visit to Grand Mufti’s Office of a Serbian ambassador to Bulgaria.
