Regional Mufti’s Office – Varna held a meeting with the Muslim Board of Trustees in the village of Dobroplodno

The management of Regional Mufti’s Office – Varna, headed by the mufti Nuray Shukri visited the village of Dobroplodno (Municipality of Vetren, Varna district) on January 10 (Friday) this year and held a meeting with the local Muslim Board of Trustees. Shukri was accompanied by the long-term seconded imam from the “Diyanet” of the Republic of Turkey Salih Kaplan, working at the mufti’s office in Varna, and in the meeting also participated representatives of the Muslim boards of trustees in the villages of Mihalich and Stefan Karadzha.

“During the working meeting the two parties discussed the needs and the problems of the local Muslim population. It was clarified that it is foreseen imams to be appointed in these villages because currently there are no such. In the village of Dobrotich (Valchidol region) is foreseen the construction of a Muslim temple, and this project was discussed with the mayor of the village.” – shared for Grandmufti.bg the secretary of Regional Mufti’s Office – Varna Fahredin Mollamehmed.

During his visit to the village of Dobroplodno the delegation from regional Mufti’s Office – Varna had the opportunity to perform the Friday Jumu'ah prayer with the local Muslim population, and a religious vaaz (preach) was delivered also to it.
