The Friday charity bazaar of Regional Mufti’s Office – Sofia ended with a great success

The organized for another time annual charity bazaar of Regional Mufti’s Office – Sofia, held on November 29 (Friday) in front of the mosque “Banya Bashi”, in support of the orphans ended with unprecedented success in the history of the regional institution. During the charity initiative which was part of the national campaign “Orphans’ Week” 2019, was raised the amount of 3760.00 BGN. The achieved result is an absolute record in the charity bazaars held by Regional Mufti’s Office – Sofia over the years.

“We are happy with this extremely great result of this year’s charity bazaar in support of the orphans, which took place in front of the central mosque in Sofia. We thank all people from the Muslim community and from the other religious communities in Sofia, who supported us and took and active part in the initiative. We are grateful to all casual passers-by – residents of the capital, guests of the city and foreign tourists who also took part in the charity bazaar with which they supported the campaign of the Muslim Denomination “Orphans’ Week” – the management of Regional Mufti’s Office – Sofia commented for Grandmufti.bg after the event.

According to the organizers by the end of the announced closing hour of the charity bazaar on Friday everything which was offered had already been sold.

For comparison, during the charity bazaar the previous year of Regional Mufti’s Office – Sofia on the occasion of “orphans’ Week” there was raised the amount of 1735.00 BGN.
