Presentationof the book “Mosques in Sofia” during “Week of Imams and Mosques” 2019

Publishing Department at Grand Mufti’s Office will hold official presentation of the latest book Prof. Lyubomir Mikov – “Mosques in Sofia”. The presentation will take place on October 24 (Thursday), 2019 from 18:00 o’clock in the Club of the Architect at 11 Krakra Str. in the capital.

The presentation of the book “Mosques in Sofia” is part of the program with events and initiatives of the Muslim Denomination which are taking place in the framework of the “Week of Imams and Mosques” 2019 (October 21 – 26).

Besides the author, in the official presentation will also participate the consultants Prof. Orlin Sabev from the Institute of Balkan Studies and Center of Thracology at Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Dr. Arch. Miryana Yordanova from the Department on Architecture at the New Bulgarian University. Dr. Emine Bayraktarova from the Higher Islamic Institute will be the moderator during the presentation.
