An excursion to Shumen for the children from the summer Qur’an course in the village of Strazha, Targovishte region

The children from the Qur’an course in the village of Strazha, at Regional Mufti’s Office - Targovishte, visited the city of Shumen on August 5, 2019. During their visit to the city they were accompanied also by their teacher Adalet Mehmed. The group visited “Tombul Mosque” in Shumen. The imam of the newly renovated mosque informed the visitors about the history of the Muslim temple, after which the children performed the noon prayer.

After leaving “Tombul Mosque” the group from the village of Strazha visited also Religious School “Nyuvvab”. The children were welcomed by the teacher Dr. Osman Ibrahimov who showed them the base of the educational center and after the comprehensive talk the guests were invited to lunch in the canteen of the school.
