Workshop meeting with this year’s candidates for the pilgrimage of Hajj was held in the town of Aytos

A workshop meeting for this year’s candidates to perform the pilgrimage of Hajj from the region of Aytos was held on July 4 (Thursday) 2019. It took place at the central mosque of the town and 12 people from the local Muslim community who are going to perform the pilgrimage of Hajj this year with the organization of the Muslim Denomination participated in it.

Official guest at the meeting from Grand Mufti’s Office was the Deputy Grand Mufti Ahmed Hasanov.

The workshop was opened with recitation of part of the Holy Qur’an by an official from Regional Mufti’s Office - Aytos.

“I welcomed all guests, candidate Hajj pilgrims from the region of Aytos. The core part of the workshop was led by the Deputy Grand Mufti Ahmed Hasanov. It included presentation of information about the essence of the Hajj and all details which the future Hajj pilgrims need to know before going to the Holy places.” – said for Grandmufti.bg in connection with the held workshop the Regional Mufti of Aytos Selyattin Muharrem. He added that it is expected the candidates to perform the pilgrimage of Hajj from Bulgaria will leave for the Holy places of Makkah and Medina at the end of July this year.
