Muslims in Karlovo marked with a prayer service the ninth anniversary of the fire at “Yala mosque”

On April 20 (Saturday), 2019 completed nine years since the fire at “Yala mosque” in the town of Karlovo. On this occasion in the same mosque was performed a prayer service with a mawlid for welfare and with a dua (supplication) to Allah to prevent from such natural disasters in the future.

The event in the town of Karlovo was attended by the Chairman of the Supreme Muslim Council (SMC) Vedat Ahmed, the Regional Mufti of the city of Plovdiv Taner Veli and other official guests from the surroundings.

The event was organized by the Muslim Boards of Trustees of the town of Karlovo, Ibrahim Shato, Asan Ibryam and the imam of the town of Karlovo Kemal Rashid.
