Regional Mufti’s Offices of Pazardzhik and Blagoevgrad held another joint meeting with imams

On February 9 and 10 this year in the town of Velingrad took place another joint working meeting between Regional Mufti’s Office – Pazardzhik and Regional Mufti’s Office – Blagoevgrad. It was attended by 20 imams in total from the two regional mufti’s offices, and official guest was the Grand mufti of the Muslims in the Republic of Bulgaria Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi.

The two-day event included a workshop part with the participation of the lecturers Salih Onbashi – lecturer at the High Islamic Institute, and the former Director of Religious School “Mirza Said Pasha” Hyusein Chitak.

“Within the working meeting between the imams from the regional mufti’s offices of Blagoevgrad and Pazadzhik were discussed a number of important topics and current issues related to the work of the imams.
