The donation campaign “Orphans’ Week” started in Sofia

Regional Mufti’s Office – Sofia organized a one-day workshop on November 25, 2018 with which the “Orphans’ Week” fundraising campaign was launched. 

In the program besides a lecture delivered by our sister Nurdzhan Sadak, there also was a special participation of the children from the year-round Qur’an courses at the mufti’s office in the capital, who filled the hearts of the attendees with the performed plays, reciting verses, ilyahi (religious songs) and poems.

The Regional Mufti of Sofia – Mustafa Izbishtali shared the following: “More than 80 women and children took part in the program. The raised amount from the bazaar was 705.00 BGN, but the most exciting thing was the program of the children and the fact that all children from the Qur’an courses had bought gifts for the orphans who are supported in the region of the mufti’s office in the capital”.

The campaign in Sofia will continue with raising funds and donations in all mosques and masjids at the mufti’s office and on November 30, 2018 (Friday) there will be a charity bazaar in front of the capital’s mosques Kadi Seyfullah effendi. Let each oneof us join according to his possibility this good deed.
