Regional Mufti’s Office – Varna held a June working meeting

A working meeting with the imams from the region of Varna took place on June 27, 2018 (Wednesday). It was opened with reading of “Ashr-i Sherif” by Ismail Ahmedov, imam of the central mosque “Aziziye” in the maritime city.

The interim Regional Mufti Nuray Shukri welcomed all participants in the meeting and presented the agenda. There were discussed the topics about the preparation for the summer Qur’an courses for which Raim Raimov – coordinator of this year’s Qur’an courses, gave instructions. A report on the activities during the past month of Ramadan was made. There was also discussed the campaign for raising funds in support of the Islamic Education.  

The interim Regional Mufti Nuray Shukri thanked all participants and wished them fruitful work in carrying out the summer Qur’an courses.
