We live in the same world, marked by many signs of hope…

On June 12 the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco in Sofia Her Excellency Mrs. Zakia El Midaoui organized an iftar dinner for the Board of the NCRCB.

The dinner was also shared by the Deputy Chairman of the Commission for Protection against Discrimination Assoc. Prof. Baki Hyuseinov.

In her welcoming address she turned to the guests by presenting the traditions of the Kingdom of Morocco in the co-existence of people of different religions and ethnicities, and how the Kingdom tackles religion-based extremism and terrorism.

“We live in a world, marked by many signs of hope, but also by many signs of concern.” said the Ambassador and continued: “For us Ibrahim (a.s.) (Abraham) is a model of faith in God, submission to His Will and trust in His Goodness.”

The NCRCB President presented the members of the Board, the activities, the initiatives and the joint projects. Then every member briefly introduced his community.

The dinner ended with wishes for future joint projects.
