Another meeting of Regional Muslim Council - Plovdiv

Another meeting for this year of the Regional Muslim Council – Plovdiv was held on May 15 (Tuesday) from 12:00 o’clock. It took place in the new premises of the Regional Mufti’s Office in the city under the hills.

The Chairman of the Regional Muslim Council – Plovdiv who is the Regional Mufti in the city Taner Veli welcomed the participants in the meeting and informed them about the agenda.

Among the discussed at the meeting issues were those about the already present Campaign in Support of the Islamic Education in Bulgaria which is traditionally held every year during the Month of Ramadan. The councilors also discussed the carrying out of the summer Qur’an courses this year’s in the region of Plovdiv. There were also addressed the topics about the social activities and about the imam-hakkı. The dissemination of Islamic literature, issues by Grand Mufti’s Office was also among the important topics which the participants in the recent meeting of the Regional Muslim Council of Plovdiv discussed.

The meeting ended with a dua (supplication) and best wishes for beneficial and filled with blessing month of Ramadan 2018.
