Grand Mufti met with Apostolic Nuncio

Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi met with the Apostolic Nuncio of the Vatican in Bulgaria His Eminence Anselmo Guido Pecorari in Grand Mufti’s Office on May 16.

The occasion of the meeting was the message of the Pope to the Islamic world on the occasion of the Month of Ramadan.

The message of the Holy See for year 2018 is a hope and wish for more cooperation between Christians and Muslims around the world. He highlighted the importance of the cooperation in the field of the humanitarian missions, the inter-faith dialogue and cooperation for peace.

The Grand Mufti expressed heartfelt gratitude for the message and his respect and satisfaction with the good relationships between the Muslim Denomination and the Nunciature and his willingness for cooperation for the world peace.
