The new mosque in the village of Miladinovtsi, Targovishte region, was opened
The new mosque in the village of Miladinovtsi, Targovishte region, was officially opened.
The opening ceremony of the Muslim temple was attended by the Grand Mufti of the Muslims in the Republic of Bulgaria Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi, the Deputy Grand Mufti Ahmed Hasanov, the Regional Governor of Targovishte Mitko Staykov and other representatives of the local municipal administration. The event was also attended by the interim Regional Mufti of Targovishte Nasif Rasimov, as well as by the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Ümraniye in the Republic of Turkey – Mesut Özdemir, there also participated dozens of residents of the village; guests from neighboring settlements and regional muftis from all over Bulgaria.
After the welcoming addresses and the greetings on the occasion of the new mosque the Grand Mufti Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi gave a plaque of gratitude to the Mayor of the Turkish Municipality of Ümraniye Hasan Can through his deputy Özdemir. The guest from the Republic of Turkey also received gifts also on behalf of the Regional Mufti of Targovishte Nazif Rasimov.
In his turn the Mayor of the Municipality of Targovishte greeted the local Muslims for the new mosque of the village of Miladinovtsi and wished them health and barakah (prosperity).
For all guests who attended the opening ceremony of the new temple there was provided a festive lunch. After the ceremony the Grand Mufti Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi, accompanied by all regional muftis from the country, went for a visit to the Reginal Mufti’s Office – Targovishte.
