Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali held a meeting with Hajj pilgrims from the region

On February 3^rd, 2018 at the premises of Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali was held a meeting with Hajj pilgrims from the region. In the meeting participated people who visited the Holy places of Mecca and Medina and performed the worshiping of Hajj with the organized by Grand Mufti’s Office annual campaign for Hajj and Umrah during the past year, 2017.

The meeting was attended by the Regional Mufti Beyhan Mehmed and his deputies, and official guests of the event were the Deputy Grand Mufti on charge of Hajj Ahmed Hasanov, the Secretary General Dzhemal Faik and the imam of the mosque “Banya Bashi” in Sofia Shenol Kyazim.

The meeting began with recitation of verses from the Qur’an by Shenol Kyazim. Welcoming addresses were delivered by the Regional Mufti as a host and by the official guests.

The main purpose of the meeting was to survey the opinion among the Hajj pilgrims from the past year regarding positives and shortcomings in the very process of the organization of the Hajj campaign. With regard to this during the meeting a constructive dialogue took place with which all participants were satisfied.

At the end of the program all Hajj pilgrims received gifts, and namely CDs with videos from Hajj 2017, as well as books – editions of Grand Mufti’s Office and Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali.
