The Grand Mufti of Bulgarian met with the Turkish Ambassador in our country Dr. Hasan Ulusoy

The Grand Mufti of Bulgaria Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi and the present Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Bulgaria Dr. Hasan Ulusoy held a joint meeting on January 11, (Thursday), 2018. It took place in the premises of the Muslim Denomination in the capital. The meeting was a traditional one; it takes place regularly in the framework of the good relations of the Muslim Denomination in Bulgaria with the representatives of the diplomatic missions in or country.

Within the held meeting the Grand Mufti wished his guest a successful mandate on the occasion of his recent appointment as an Ambassador. The Ambassador of Turkey in his turn expressed his respect and gratitude to Grand Mufti’s Office of the Muslims in the Republic of Bulgaria.

Dr. Hasan Ulusoy was appointed as an Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria during the summer of 2017. This happened with a Presidential Decree after which Ulusoy took over the post of the Ambassador of Turkey in our country Süleyman Gökçe. Gökçe will continue his diplomatic mission in Guatemala.

Prior that Dr. Ulusoy was working in Africa. He is a founder of the Turkish diplomatic mission in Niger. During the recent years he is working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey where he is the Director General of the Multilateral Political Relations Directorate.
