The longtime employee of Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali Halil Apti passed away

On 28^th of October, 2017 after myocardial infarction suddenly passed away the former longtime employee of Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali Halil Apti.

Apti headed “Waqf” Department at the mufti’s office. Many years he also was a representative of the Municipality of Kardzhali where he headed several commissions.

The jamaat (congregation) and the colleagues of the late Halil Apti remember him as an active and responsible in the actions, always ready to help with whatever he could.

The funeral took place after the Asr prayer in the home village of the deceased – Stremtsi.

The Mayor of the Municipality of Kardzhali Hasan Azis, the Regional Mufti of Kardzhali Beyhan Mehmed and his deputies, public figures and politicians from the region, relatives and friends of the diseased from the entire region attended the funeral in order to send Apti in his last earthly course.

Grand Mufti’s Office of the Muslims in the Republic of Bulgaria expresses its condolences to the family of Apti and makes dua (supplication) to Allah to accept the good deeds of Halil Apti and to grant him the Jannah.
