Imams from Aytos region met for a regular working meeting in the village of Bilka

Regional Mufti’s Office – Aytos held its regular monthly meeting with the imams from the region. It took place on 12^th of October, 2017 (Thursday) at the training base in the village of Bilka.

Within the meeting were discussed a number of current issues. Among them were the preparation for the Mosques’ Week, the upcoming training course for imams in the beginning of year 2018, the preliminary preparation for the subscription campaign for “Muslims” magazine.

The Regional Mufti of Aytos Selyatin Muharem informed his colleagues about the report of Grand Mufti’s Office on the held Week of Islamic Education which took place during the month of Ramadan. During the meeting the participants made a detailed analysis of the held on the territory of Regional Mufti’s Office – Aytos summer Qur’an courses. The imams were also informed about the details related to the upcoming courses in Tashih-i Huruf which are targeted at currently working imams.

At the end of the meeting were awarded with honoring plaques the imams from Aytos region who showed greatest activity in the held during the month of Ramadan campaign for raising funds in support of the Islamic education in Bulgaria. Plaques for distinguished service were personally handed by the Regional Mufti of Aytos Selyatin Muharem to the imams from the villages of Klikach and Prosenik.
