Regional Mufti's Office - Kardzhali marked the Ashura Day together with RS - Momchilgrad

On 29th of August, 2017 Regional Mufti's Office - Kardzhali marked the Ashura Day, the tenth day of the month of Muharram, together with Religious School - Momchilgrad.

After the Friday prayer in the yard of the central mosque of the town of Kardzhali the students from the religious school distributed the traditional dessert "Ashure"and illustrative books related to ablution and prayer to the hundreds Muslims gathered in the prayer house for the Friday prayer.

During the Friday khutbah (sermon) the Regional Mufti of Kardzhali Beyhan Mehmed presented the topic about the month of Muharram from the Islamic calendar and the importance of the Ashura Day.
