The groundbreaking for the construction of “Katrafilov breakthrough” in Targovishte was done in the presence of the Regional Mufti

The Regional Mufti Enver Yahov and the priest Slavcho Prodanov were official guests as religious figures at the groundbreaking ceremony in Targovishte for the beginning of the construction of “Katrafilov breakthrough” – an infrastructural project at the amount of 1,5 million leva in the city. The Mufti of Targovishte and priest Prodanov were invited by the Municipal Mayor Dr. Darin Dimitrov. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on 25^th of July this year in Targovishte.

The breakthrough has been set in the acting building plan of Targovishte still from 1996. However, due to the lack of funding until now it is yet to be implemented. According to the project there will be constructed a connecting rout between the central part of the city and the two big living neighborhoods in Targovishte – “West” 1 and 2.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the construction site was also attended by the MP Venka Stoyqnova, the Regional Governor Mitko Staynov, the Deputy Mayor Emine Yakubova and the Chairman of the Municipal Council Hatidzhe Alieva.
