Regional Muslim Council – Smolyan held another meeting

On 15th  of February, 2017 Regional Muslim Council – Smolyan held its second for this year regular meeting. At the meeting were mainly discusses the planned meetings with imams which are going to take place in the municipalities during the next three weeks. The aim of these meetings will be to prepare and to organize the summer Qur’an courses. There were commented the ways and the opportunities to attract more students in the courses and especially those who have never attended them. The Mufti said that with regard to the summer Qur’an courses coordinator will be Hayri Sherifov – expert at “Irshad” Department at Regional Mufti’s Office – Smolyan, who will advise the imams and the teachers on the topics, related to the smooth and effective carrying out of the summer Qur’an courses. The Regional Mufti presented the project for training of personnel in the training base in the town of Rudozem where is foreseen to start a course for preparation of imams for the Denomination.
