Grand Mufti’s Office honored Muslim Board of Trustees of the village of Benkovski
The empathy and the nobleness of the population from the village of Benkovski as well as the dedication of the imam of the village hafiz Erdinch Syuleyman this year also were manifested, especially during the campaigns “Week of Islamic education” and “Orphans’ week”, carried out by Grand Mufti’s Office. For the great activity of the local Muslims the Muslim Board of Trustees – Benkovski was honored with a plaque on behalf of Grand Mufti’s Office. The recognition was presented by the Regional Mufti of Kardzhali Beyhan Mehmed to the imam of Benkovski Erdinch Syuleyman.
This took place on 2nd of December prior the Friday prayer in Benkovski where the khutbah (sermon) and the prayer were led by the special guest – the Regional Mufti of Kardzhali.
