Meeting of the Commission for preparation of the new curricula for the religious schools
On 2nd and 3rd of December, 2016 at the premises of the High Islamic Institute Department of Education held a meeting of the Commission for preparation of new curricula for the three religious schools.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Vedat Ahmed – Chairman of the Supreme Muslim Council, the Deputy Grand Mufti Mr. Ahmed Hasanov, Dr. Ulvi Ata – Social affairs attaché at the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, Dr. Akif Topuz – Deputy Rector of HII, Mr. Hyusein Karamolla – Head of the Department of Education, Halil Hodzhov – Head of Irshad Department, Mrs. Nazmie Kulova – expert at Department of Education, the directors of the three religious schools as well as teachers from there and from HII.
Within the meeting of the Commission was discussed the new law on pre-school and school education, the preparation for the new curricula and how the Commission will work. The number of the training hours and the subjects which the curricula will contain were also discussed. There were also addressed topics related to the situation of the schools and their needs for the new curricula, the mission and the vision of the schools. After the preparation of the new curriculum for the religious schools there will be also prepared textbooks afterwards.
