Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali held a meeting with imams from the region

On 17^th of November (Thursday) in the central mosque of Kardzhali was held the last for this year meeting with imams from the region. The meeting was opened with a welcoming speech from the Regional Mufti of Kardzhali Beyhan Mehmed who presented the official guests, and namely the Deputy Grand Mufti Ahmed Hasanov and Halil Hodzhov – Head of “Irshad” Department at Grand Mufti’s Office.

Besides all imams from the region at the event were also the deputy regional muftis Erhan Redzheb and Nasuf Halil, as well as Sezer Sadulov – expert in “Irshad” Department.

Within the agenda of the meeting were addressed topics related to the subscription for “Muslims” magazine during the coming year 2017, the activities during the upcoming “Orphans’ week”, organization of a course for Ottoman language in the city of Kardzhali, improvement of the website of the Muslim Denomination, aims and tasks in the field of “Irshad”, halal certification and others.

The guests in their turn presented within the meeting information for the expected soon qualification courses for imams in the village of Ustina and in the city of Shumen. In the agenda of the working meeting was also foreseen a talk with each of the imams related to his professional activity and competence.

At the end of the meeting all imams received gifts from Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali.
