Expatriates’ Organization “Bal-Göç” gave iftar for 1400 people in Kardzhali’s quarter “Vazrozhdentsi”

1400 people sat at the common iftar table in the Kardzhali’s quarter “Vazrozhdensti”. The charity dinner was given by the Federation of the Balkan expatriates and emigrants “Bal-Göç”. The event was attended by the leader of the Federation Assoc. Prof. Yüksel Özkan. The iftar brought together leaders of “Bal-Göç” and other organizations of expatriates. The time for iftar and breaking the fast was marked by adhan (call for prayer) performed by the Regional Mufti Mr. Beyhan Mehmed. The event was attended also by the Regional Mufti of Haskovo BAsri Eminefendi. 100 people were expected for the iftar but it was necessary to be prepared extra portions due to the great interest in the charity dinner. There were both Muslims and Christians, who responded to the invitation of the organizers of the charity dinner.
