Grand Mufti took part in the opening of a new masjid in Kardzhali

   On 4^th of June, 2016 in Borovets quarter in Kardzhali was officially opened a new Muslim prayer house (masjid). This happened thanks to the joint work of Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali and the local Muslim Board of Trustees. Important guest of the official event was the Grand Mufti Dr. Mustafa Hadzhi who delivered a welcoming speech and told  the attendees about the importance of the prayer house in Islam. The celebration was opened by the Regional Mufti Beyhan Mehmed who underlined that he will support the masjid in the quarter in every religious initiative and expressed hope for future fruitful for the Muslims joint work with the local Muslim Board of Trustees. The opening was attended by the Regional Mufti of Haskovo Mr. Basri Eminefendi, the deputy muftis Erhan Redzheb and Nasuf Halil, the Chairman of MBT – Kardzhali Mr. Abdullah Shevki, the person in charge of Irshad Mr. Sezer Sadulov and imams from the region. The program was varied with reading of Qur’an, mawlid, ilyahi. At the end of the celebration the Grand Mufti made a dua (supplication) for health, peace and prosperity.
