Preparing for the holy month of Ramadan
On 2nd of June, 2016 in the Media and Culture Center of Grand Mufti’s Office was held a discussion on the topic “Impact of fasting on the psyche and physique of man”.
Participants in it were Dr. Akif Shaban – cardiologist, Kemal Mutishev – psychiatrist and the Deputy Grand Mufti – Birali Birali, who was moderator of the discussion.
In the discussion the two doctors presented their brief reports on impact of fasting on the physical and the mental state of man.
There were also discussed and the questions when a person is exempted from observing the fast.
The discussion continued with a great interest from the attendees who raised different topics for further discussions.
