Working meeting with imams from Regional Mufti’s Office – Varna was held
Regional Mufti’s Office – Varna held a meeting with the imams in the central mosque “Aziziye” in the city on 17th of February, 2016.
The meeting was opened with recitation of the Qur’an by the imam of the village of Grodyovo. The Regional Mufti Taner Veli welcomed all participating employees and thanked them for their respond to his invitation.
The mufti informed the imams about the agenda of the working meeting. It included topics such as the registration of the RNMC from 24th of January, 2016, by the SCC in the Register of the Religious Denominations, the campaigns of Grand Mufti’s Office for studying the subject “Islamic religion” in schools, supporting orphans, Umrah campaign 2016, workshops for imams, organized by Grand Mufti’s Office, the activities and the obligations of the imams.
