Meeting with imams from Mufti’s Office – Shumen was held

Regional Mufti’s Office – Shumen held a regular meeting with the imams from the region on 28th of October, 2015. The meeting was related to the announced by Grand Mufti’s Office “Week of mosques”.
The meeting was opened with recitation of Qur’an –i Kerim. The Regional Mufti greeted the imams on the occasion of the “Week of mosques” and delivered a brief lecture on the topic: “Importance of mosques and clergy in our religious life”.
In connection with the “Week of mosques” a lecture was also delivered by Veli Ekin – guest lecturer from the Republic of Turkey.
On the occasion of the “Week of mosques” Regional Mufti’s Office – Shumen awarded with a plaque and cash prize several imams from the region for their long and successful contribution in the activities to the Denomination.
The meeting ended with a dua (supplication) of the imam from the village of Izgrev Fikret Ilyaz
