Working meeting with imams from Razgrad was held

Regional Mufti’s office – Razgrad held a working meeting with the imams from the region. It took place on 27th of October, 2015 in “Ahmed bey” mosque in the city.
The meeting began with a welcoming speech on behalf of the Regional Mufti Mehmed Alya and recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by Yudzhel Hayredin – imam of the town of Isperih.
The agenda of the meeting continued with the participation of Rahmi Ahmed, imam of the village of Dyankovo, who gave a lecture related to the month of Muharram.
During the workshop topics, related to the announced for the period 26.10 – 31.10.2015 by Grand Mufti’s Office “Week of mosques” were discussed. In connection with this the Regional Mufti of Razgrad gave a lecture on the topic: “The place and the importance of mosques in our religion”. Within the meeting were discussed also the activities of the imams, the training program for imams during the present year 2015/2016, organized by Grand Mufti’s Office. Issues related to the specialized course “Tashih-i huruf” were also discussed in connection with which   the graduate of the course Hamdi Nezir – imam of the village of Mortogonovo, told about the benefit of this course and invited all young imams to join it. Other current topics were also discussed at the meeting.
During the meeting the imams voted for Imam of the year. After the anonymous voting Sunay Zyulkyar was elected for Imam of year 2015. He thanked in his speech for the trust and the support.
