Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali organized excursion for its employees

Regional Mufti’s Office – Kardzhali organized one-day excursion to Edirne, Turkey, for the imams from the region, who held the summer Qur’an courses this year. The trip took place on 19th of October, 2015.
Within the trip the imams had the opportunity to visit the widely known Selimiye Mosque, the Üç Şerefeli Mosque, Eski mosque and the Mosque Darüşşifa.
After the visit of the historical religious sites the excursionists met with the management and the lecturers from the Faculty of Theology of the Trakya University, where they all discussed the opportunities for education of students from Bulgaria. In the program was also foreseen a meeting with the Provincial Governor of Edirne. After the official part of the meeting the Bulgarian tourists had free time for walk and shopping.
